Do you offer a warranty on rackets and equipment?
Yes, all Karakal rackets come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. Please note that this does not cover string breakage or damage caused by accidental impact with walls or floors.
What is your return policy for sports apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all apparel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
How do I know which grip size is right for me?
Most Karakal rackets feature our world-famous PU Super Grip. If you prefer a thicker handle, you can apply an overgrip. Detailed sizing guides are available on each product page to help you choose the perfect fit for your hand size.
